If you are unhappy with a product, you may return it for a full credit excluding shipping and handling costs. We ship all packages Priority Mail via the US Post Office unless you request otherwise. We will also ship your package using your UPS or FedEx shipper number and you will not be charged shipping. All standard packages are shipped with confirmation of delivery and are insured. We do work hard to make sure that your gift gets to you in one piece. In 6 years of shipping, we have had less than 6 arrive with any damage.
